We hope you love your AH HA Project piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with the policy below.

1. Change of Mind Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused

• It must be in its original condition and packaging

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item

• ​

After notifying us, you have 14 additional days to return the item.

​

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the damage

 

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

​

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

​

Original shipping costs will only be refunded where the item is faulty or incorrect.

​

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
