Are all the designs available in any colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is possible for all our designs to be manufactured in any of the five colours listed. For a wider range of colours please visit https://www.investwood.pt/en/valchromat/,(https://www.investwood.pt/en/valchromat/) however if you are interested in a different one to those listed then this can only be done for a large order. Please contact us to discuss further.

Do you offer bespoke designs?

Accepted Answer

Please contact us to discuss the possibility for a bespoke design. The process from map contours to production is lengthy and complicated and many contours will not lend themselves to our mode of production. Therefore, there will be some limitations to what is possible and the costs of creating bespoke designs must be taken into account, but we are happy to discuss any potential new projects.

How do the products come packaged?

The products come packaged individually in cardboard boxes. We avoid using unsustainable materials where possible and only use recyclable products.

Question 6

How to hang or install the products?

Accepted Answer

Our clocks, mirrors and wall art come with metal hanging brackets pre-installed on the back side of the products. Wall fixings are included, along with instuctions on how to hang correctly.

Our clocks come with hands and clock movements pre-installed, however an AA battery is required but not included.

Valchromat is moisture resistant and can be used in areas like kitchens and bathrooms etc.,

How to care for and maintain your products?

Accepted Answer

The items are delicate and require care when handling. Use a dry microfibre cloth to brush off any dust or residue.
